Yes, absolutely! We accept temporary address proofs like rental agreement, current utility bill, or even a letter from your employer/delivery platform. We understand that many delivery partners are migrants and we've designed our verification process to be flexible.
For most delivery partners, we don't ask for any security deposit! If you have an active partner ID with Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Amazon, or similar platforms, you can get zero deposit rental. For new partners, we may ask a small refundable deposit of ₹1,000-2,000 which is returned when you return the scooter.
Your rental plan includes free battery swaps. You don't pay anything extra for charging or swapping. Just come to any Neev swap station, exchange your drained battery for a fully charged one in 2 minutes - completely free based on your plan (daily plans get 2 free swaps, weekly 15, monthly unlimited). No hidden costs!
You can pay however it's convenient for you! We accept: Daily payment (pay each morning), Weekly payment (pay every Monday), or Monthly payment (pay on 1st of month). Payment options: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Card, or Cash at our hubs. We also offer 7-day free trial - pay after your first week!
Our electric scooters run 80-100 kilometers on a single full charge. For delivery partners doing 100-120 km daily, you'll need just one battery swap during the day. Most riders swap once in the afternoon and that's enough for full day's work. Each swap takes only 2 minutes!
We have 200+ swap stations across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other cities. They're located near popular delivery hubs, restaurants, and metro stations. Our app shows the nearest station with available batteries. Most riders have a station within 1-2 km of their work area.
No worries! Our app shows your remaining range and nearest swap station. If you're ever stranded, just call our 24/7 helpline and we'll send assistance immediately. In case of emergency, we'll bring a replacement battery to your location. This service is completely free for all Neev riders.
We've got you covered! Call our 24/7 roadside assistance number and we'll: (1) Try to fix it on the spot within 30 minutes, (2) If major issue, provide a replacement scooter immediately, (3) Towed to service center at no cost. You won't lose earning hours. All maintenance and repairs are FREE - you never pay a single rupee.
Our rentals are currently available only in the city where you sign up. But if you're traveling within our operational cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.), you can use the scooter anywhere. Swap stations are only in major cities though, so long-distance travel outside city limits is not recommended.
No questions asked returns! You can return anytime with just 24 hours notice. Daily plans can be returned same day. Weekly/Monthly plans: return anytime, we'll refund the unused days. No cancellation fees, no hidden charges. Just drop the scooter at any Neev hub and you're done.
